Top quality ingredients is our secret!
The ingredients and their quality are what make this bread so delicious! I am always looking for the best products and new keto-friendly ingredients to expand the range with interesting breads. Here are some of the ingredients contained in our various breads.
Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds are little powerhouses of nutrients and health benefits. Like nuts, pumpkin seeds are a great source of protein and unsaturated fats, including omega-3. They also contain a good range of nutrients including iron, selenium, calcium, B vitamins and beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A.
Pumpkin seeds are an excellent natural source of magnesium and zinc.
Chia Seeds
Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high-quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants. The combination of fat, protein and fibre means the seeds are digested relatively slowly, providing long, slow release of energy to keep blood-sugar levels stable. Chia seeds are rich in minerals such as calcium and magnesium and trace elements such as manganese, which helps make enzymes.
Himalyan Salt
Pink Himalayan salt is often said to be the most beneficial as well as the cleanest salt available on this planet today. It has all kinds of nutritional and therapeutic properties, not to mention culinary Himalayan pink salt uses.
Sesame Seeds
Not only are sesame seeds an excellent source of copper and a very good source of manganese, but they are also a good source of calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin B1, zinc, molybdenum, selenium, and dietary fiber.
Sunflower Seeds
Sunflower seeds are especially high in vitamin E and selenium. Sunflower seeds have a mild, nutty flavor and a firm but tender texture.
Linseed (Flaxseed)
Although it’s been cultivated and used in food for centuries, flaxseed’s superpowers have only recently become widely known.
Blueberries (Dried)
Blueberries are sweet, nutritious and wildly popular.
Often labeled a superfood, they are low in calories and incredibly good for you.
Walnuts
To say that walnuts are a nutritious food is a bit of an understatement.
Walnuts provide healthy fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals — and that’s just the beginning of how they may support your health.
